Thank you for your inquiry to train with us. To ensure that this training is the best option for you we invite you to complete the following application form and book a short conversation via Zoom or phone. If you need to add more information please feel free to do so in a separate document.

If for some reason you leave the training suddenly, it is helpful to have a third party to contact to check that everything is ok. This can be a family member or friend. Please provide name and phone number.

Online Training is delivered via Zoom (a free video conferencing app)– you will need good internet connection. You will need to have your video on at all times.

Time zone – courses usually run on UK time but can be amended if there is sufficient demand from a different timezone.


EFT training can be triggering at times therefore if you have experienced anxiety, depression or episodes of psychosis that have needed medication or hospital treatment at any point in your life, then on-line EFT training may not be the best option for you although we can welcome you to one of our face to face courses. The same may apply if you have experienced significant trauma in your life, even if you have worked through this with EFT, CBT, EMDR, counselling, homeopathy or other therapy.

Application for Level 3 only

Please email with details of the CPD you have acquired (include events, conferences, webinars) and any supervision you have engaged in since obtaining your practitioner certificate.

Please indicate (on average) how many clients you see in a week where you use EFT so we can get an idea of your practical experience.  We recommend that you have been working with at least 5 clients a week for 6 to 12 months prior to completing Level 3 training, but can be flexible about this. Please request a short Zoom call if you’d like to find out whether you are ready for Level 3.

Requirements for on-line training

In order to join on-line training, this is what you will need:

  • A laptop or PC with webcam and microphone (phones and tablets are too small to easily see the slides)
  • A good internet connection
  • Water
  • Tissues
  • A quiet space where you will not be interrupted
  • Layers of clothing or a blanket, as fluctuations in body temperature are common
  • The ability to access Zoom from your computer
  • Notepad/paper and a pen
  • Printer

I will email you the exercises you need during the training days, which I recommend that you print, and you will receive the workbook afterwards.

Please check you have completed all the information and I look forward to meeting you during our 15 minute chat. This gives us the opportunity to discuss anything arising from this application, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Once your application has been approved, an invoice for the payment of a deposit will be sent to you, with the balance due 30 days before training commences.

Cancellation Policy

Trainees cancelling a course delivered by Samantha Hardwick, must do so at least 30 days in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee. If Cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee, unless we can fill your place.

Cancellations made prior to 30 days will incur an administration fee of £50, with the balance of any payment made being refunded, or an alternative course date being offered.
