Reiki First Degree (level 1) Training

Reiki is simple to learn and anyone can learn it.  You do not need to have any prior experience of such things and you do not even need to believe in Reiki: it will still work for you!

On a Reiki First Degree course you will be connected to the energy (attuned) and earn the history of Reiki and how to use Reiki in your everyday life to treat yourself and your family.  You will also learn a simple set of principles to live by.  Reiki is not a religion, though, and it is practised by people from all walks of life.
